Penerangan CU | Aerospace Quality Assurance Customer Compliance describes the process of understanding customers' needs and complaints against the products and services supplied through content preparation and coordination of internal communication. The person who is competent in this CU should be able to review customer complaint, organise internal department meeting, produce communication content for customer and produce customer complaint report. The outcomes of this CU are customer’s issues can be discussed and resolved, company credibility will enhanced and the relationship with the customer is well maintained in accordance with relevant standards, guidelines and the company’s SOP. |
