Penerangan CU | Aquatic Customer Relation Establishment competency unit is to maintain customer relationships in order to gain referrals and repeat business. Customer relations establishment also involves tracking trends and opinions to make improvements on the services. This helps businesses stay ahead of the competition in terms of creating innovative services that meet the needs of evolving consumers. The outcome of this competency unit is to serve new or existing customer by understanding and complying the customers’ requirements and meeting customer expectations. The person who is competent in this competency unit shall be able to assess customer relation requirements, perform customer relation services, organize customer satisfaction survey and prepare customer relations performance report in accordance with company policies, Standard Operating Procedure and customer services charter. |
