Penerangan CU | Cold Rolling Staff Performance Management describes the competency of managing staffs work performance and competencies development identification in ensuring the staffs productive performance. To perform this CU, the person is required to demonstrate high degree of analytical, communications and leadership skills. The person who is competent in this CU should be able to develop job description, conduct staff appraisal, organise training program, perform staff coaching and initiate disciplinary action. The outcome of this CU is staff performance target planned on yearly basis using KPI ensuring the target reached and the obstacles from achieving the KPI managed based on MS ISO 9001 and factory internal control procedure. |
