To perform this CU, the person is required to demonstrate high degree of analytical, communications and business acumen. The person who is competent in this CU should be able to analyse resources requirements, plan production resources, perform resources management and review production resources performance. The outcome of this CU is production resource usage which would be monitored on regular basis for efficient production and on-time delivery to customers. |
