To perform this CU, the person is required to demonstrate high degree of analytical, communications, business acumen and leadership skills. The person who is competent in this CU should be able to review production process quality and performance, propose budget and improvement justification, develop production process improvement program, evaluate production process improvement and standardise production process improvement. The outcome of this CU is the process used improved continuously in upkeeping the production with the latest technology or latest international standard. |
