Penerangan CU | Cold Rolling Staff Competency Development describes the competency of managing staff competencies development in meeting production quality and productive performance to stay competitive in the business. To perform this CU, the person is required to demonstrate high degree of analytical, communications, business acumen and leadership skills. The person who is competent in this CU should be able to develop skills competency matrix, analyse competency gap, propose skills development requirements, perform staff mentoring, propose staff promotion and career development and propose disciplinary action. The outcome of this CU is competency development proposal produced ensuring staff equipped with the competency required according to their skill charts/matrix. |
