The person who is competent in this CU should be able to identify dessert preparation requirement, prepare kitchen utensils and equipment, select dessert production ingredients and perform dessert production.

The outcomes of this CU are dessert prepared according to menu requirement and free from contamination and poisoning based on food hygiene and safety requirement.
