| Penerangan CU | Process Piping Routing Design competency unit is to produce piping routing to meet client and design specifications, either use manually, 2D drawing or 3D modelling process requirements, safety features, routing flexibility, in accordance with process piping design standards with the use of designing tools facilities software to be completed within targeted timeframe based on the availability and capability of resources. Piping Designer is responsible to analyse process requirements, produce piping routing design and produce piping general arrangement drawing which incorporate the safety features and other discipline requirements with the application of designing tools and software facilities in accordance with quality standard, client specification requirements, International Code and Standard, regulatory / statutory body requirements and Company Design Procedure (CDP) Piping Designer is responsible for the pipe routing as the process requirement The outcome of this competency unit is to produce piping design (3D) model to meet client and design specifications, process requirements, safety features, routing flexibility, in accordance with process piping design standards with the use of designing tools facilities software to be completed within targeted timeframe based on the availability and capability of resources |
