The personnel who are competent in aerospace composite lay-up shall be able to identify aerospace composite lay-up activities requirement, prepare tool, equipment and materials, carry aerospace composite lay-up activities and record aerospace composite lay-up activities The outcome of this competency is to develop competent manpower in accordance with company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and job description.
