| Penerangan CU | Motorcycle Plastic Part Treatment is a process to prepare motorcycle plastic surface before it is painted. The process involves degreasing, washing and rinsing using specific chemical. The execution of this process is done in both manually and automation within the production line of the motorcycle factory. The person who is competent in Motorcycle Plastic Part Painting Treatment shall be able to prepare motorcycle plastic parts painting treatment tools, equipment, materials and plastic parts, carry out plastic parts treatment and check plastic parts treatment quality in accordance with motorcycle painting SOP. In addition, the person should also comply with occupation safety and health standard in accordance with regulatory body requirement. The outcome of this competency is to improve plastic surface properties of the motorcycle before painting process is done in accordance with painting SOP |
