The person who is competent in Commercial Vehicle Air Conditioning Fitting Parts Fabrication shall be able to prepare air conditioning fitting parts fabrication tools, equipment and materials, fabricate air conditioning compressor bracket, fabricate air conditioning ducting and fabricate air conditioning piping according to fabrication procedure based on installation manual.
