| Penerangan CU | Commercial Vehicle Air Conditioning Maintenance is a series of maintenance procedures carried out at a set time interval or after the air conditioning unit running a certain number of hours. The service intervals are specified by the manufacturer in a periodical table. The completed maintenance is usually recorded in a service book which is endorsed by the service centre upon completion of each maintenance. The ultimate objective of air conditioning unit maintenance is to ensure the air conditioning unit is in a good state of performance The person who is competent in Commercial Vehicle Air Conditioning Maintenance shall be able to organise commercial vehicle air conditioning components maintenance requirements, , carry out “Compressor Drive System” (CDS) maintenance, carry out cooling unit system maintenance, carry out condensing unit system maintenance and carry out air conditioning refrigerant cycle system maintenance according to service manual and comply with company workshop practice. The outcome of this competency is to produce excellent condition of the air conditioning unit in term of performance and functionality in providing cold and comfort environment and to meet passengers’’ requirement. |
