| Penerangan CU | Automotive paint mixing process handling is a process of mixing paint with a thinner and hardener to acquire the correct paint’s viscosity according to requirements by referring to paint formula. A thinner being use to thin down the paint and the hardener helps paint cure and dry for a lasting finish. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to prepare mixing room requirement, perform paint mixing activities, monitor mixing room operation and update paint mixing check sheet The outcome of this competency is to develop competent personnel in paint mixing process handling to meet quality specification, lead time and comply with safety precaution |
