| Penerangan CU | Motorcycle fabrication components preparation described the initial process during motorcycle fabrication. In components preparation, the material are cut into required shape and size before the going through the next step. Therefore, it is an essential process throughout the manufacturing process and it is necessary to competent in material cutting process to increase efficiency and productivity. The person who is competent in motorcycle fabrication components preparation shall be able to arrange material preparation requirement, carry out sawing process, carry out stamping / press process, carry out shearing process, carry out pipe cutting process and arrange finished components. The outcome of this competency is to ensure that materials are cut to dimension and prepared for other fabrication process effectively and safely, as per work instruction requirement. |
