| Penerangan CU | Motorcycle fabrication parts forming process make use of suitable forces like compression, tension, shear or combined stresses to cause plastic deformation of the materials of the motorcycle to produce required shapes. During parts forming process, no material is removed but they are deformed and displaced. The person who is competent in motorcycle fabrication parts forming, shall be able to carry out part stamping process, carry out part bending process, carry out rolling process and arrange finished part. The outcome of this competency is to ensure that materials are shaped and formed by suitable process effectively and safely, as per work instruction requirement. |
