| Penerangan CU | Perform pre-arrival vessel planning describes the competencies required to prepare loading and discharge pre-plans prior to the vessel’s arrival at the port terminal. The person who is competent in this CU should be able to create ship define, process vessel arrival information, prepare vessel discharge bay plan, plot vessel load projection, plan container movement and prepare vessel pre-arrival documentation. The outcome of this CU is readiness of the terminal in handling vessel discharge and loading operations upon arrival which will result in minimising vessel turnaround time, cost-effective operations. and increased profitability. |
