| Penerangan CU | Motorcycle fabrication parts jointing is a controlled process used to fuse material such as metals. There are several techniques of metal joining of which welding is one of the more basic forms. Welding is a technique for joining metal parts, usually through the application of heat. There are other common joining methods used in motorcycle industry such as brazing and curling. The person who is competent in motorcycle fabrication parts jointing shall be able to carry out MIG (manual) welding process, carry out TIG (manual) welding process, operate (TIG / MIG) robot welding, carry out spot welding, carry out curling process, carry out brazing process and inspect jointed product. The outcome of this competency is to ensure that motorcycle parts are joined by means of welding, curling and brazing processes are performed effectively and in accordance with standard operating procedures. |
