| Penerangan CU | Motorcycle fabrication parts machining is the broad term used to describe removal of material from a workpiece. It covers several processes namely cutting, abrasive processes and non-traditional machining processes, utilizing electrical, chemical, and optimal sources of energy. The person who is competent in motorcycle fabrication parts machining shall be able to carry out drilling process, carry out fine boring process, carry out re-tapping process, carry out reaming process, carry out finished surface rework process, carry out bead grinding process and inspect finished surface. The outcome of this competency is to ensure machining operations, as a system consisting of the workpiece, the tool and the machine are performed productively and accurately as per part specification. |
