| Penerangan CU | Plan garment production describes about the controlling aspect of garment production and manufacturing that involves every task in the process to make sure that sufficient raw material, staff and other necessary items are procured and ready to create finished products according to the schedule specified. Planning and setting the work schedule layout ultimately aims to increase productivity through efficiency enhancement while also being economical. Increased productivity is successfully achieved through optimizing the full production capacity while eliminating wastage/spoilage of materials. The proper planning is so important to execute the right time delivery (shipment) according to the customer’s order. The person who is competent in this CU should be able to establish production capacity, establish production schedule, establish stock inventory planning and perform production planning documentation. The outcome of this CU is cost-effective garment production planning documentation for maximizing the utilization of full production capacity and materials with cost saving and follow the SOP to execute the delivery of goods within time frame in accordance with customer requirements. |
