| Penerangan CU | Composite Production Process Coordination is an activity to execute and administer process operation in composite production based on the production planning. The outcome of this competency is the process in the operations are well coordinated, controlled and ensure the production run smoothly in order to produce targeted output within specific timeframe as per product specification, planning schedule, Standard Operating Procedure, customer requirements and budgeted factory running cost. The person who is competent in this competency unit shall be able to comprehend production plan, Standard Operating Procedure, Company Approval Procedure (CAP), Quality Procedure Manual (QPM) ,Technical Notification (TN), prod schedule, company policy, and regulatory bodies requirements. The person shall be able to analyse, plan and organise production process activities, manage the implementation of operation management system, operational budget, handle technical and unsolved production problem by subordinates, monitor and report the performance of production operation to top management/ authorised parties in the company in accordance with Standard Operating Procedure. |
