| Penerangan CU | Composite Production Quality Control is the process to control the quality of the product according to the target set by the company. The outcome of this competency is a quality composite product produced under controlled process and quality programmes as per design or customer requirements. The person who is competent in this competency unit shall be able to comprehend composite raw materials data sheet, design standards, Quality Standards, Standard Operating Procedure, Company Approval Procedure (CAP), Quality Procedure Manual (QPM) and Technical Notification (TN). The person shall be able to analyse quality control requirements, monitor product/ process quality performance ,conduct production quality troubleshooting, prepare remedial/corrective action proposal, prepare quality control report in accordance with Material Safety Data Sheet and company requirements, Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), Company Approval Procedure (CAP), Quality Procedure Manual (QPM) and Technical Notification (TN). |
