| Penerangan CU | Composite Tooling and Equipment Maintenance is a maintenance activity on production mould/ tooling, hand tools, jig, fixtures and machine equipment. The outcome of this competency is a maintained mould/tooling hand tools, jig, fixtures and machine equipment for efficient production operation as per budget and planning. The person who is competent in this competency unit shall be able to comprehend process improvement methodology such as lean manufacturing, kaizen, tooling and equipment maintenance procedure, Standard Operating Procedure, Company Approval Procedure (CAP. The person should be able to assess tooling and equipment maintenance requirements, plan tooling and equipment maintenance preparation, carry out preventive maintenance, and prepare tooling and equipment maintenance report in accordance with Material Safety Data Sheet, Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), Company Approval Procedure (CAP), Quality Procedure Manual (QPM) and Technical Notification (TN). |
