| Penerangan CU | Perform architectural mock up painting works describes the activity of a painting technique where a small portion of the surface to be painted is painted as a sample or prototype before the full-scale painting work begins. This sample area is usually referred to as a mock-up, and it allows the painter or client to visualize the final outcome and make any necessary adjustments or changes before the full-scale painting work begins. Mock up painting works can be particularly useful in large or complex projects, where it may be difficult or costly to make changes after the full-scale painting work has begun. By painting a small sample area first, any issues or problems with the painting can be identified and addressed before they become larger issues that may require extensive rework. Mock-up painting works can be an important tool in ensuring a successful painting project. They allow the client or painter to visualize the final result before the full-scale painting work begins and make any necessary adjustments to ensure a high-quality and satisfactory outcome. The person who is competent in this CU should be able to identify mock up painting surface area, check colour coding and scheme, inspect mock up painting surface area, prepare mock up painting materials, carry out mock up painting works and carry out mock up painting housekeeping works. The outcome of this CU is the confirmation of the colour code/scheme used will produce the required results according to painting technical specifications requirements. |
