| Penerangan CU | Composite Production Technical Skill Development is an activity to administer the personnel’s technical skills development in order to fulfil the required knowledge, skill, ability/attitude and competency of workforce for production operation. The outcome of this competency is competent (skilled and knowledgeable) workforce developed through technical skills programme as per Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and production requirements. The person who is competent in this competency unit shall be able to comprehend the company Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), company policy, TNA, production planning and regulatory body requirements. The person who is competent in this competency unit shall be able to analyse production technical skills development requirements, plan technical skills development activities, organise technical skills development, monitor technical skills development progress and prepare technical skills development report in accordance with company policy, Standard Operating Procedure and Labour Law. |
