Penerangan CU | Composite Production Human Resource Management is an activity to assess current manpower capability (Knowledge, Skill and Ability/Attitude) and availability, development and utilisation of manpower in order to optimise production achievement. The outcome of this competency is the allocation and optimisation of the right knowledge, skills and ability/attitude of manpower to the right task in the operation, competent staff will be developed and retained in the production based on company business requirements and allocated operational budget. The person who is competent in this competency unit shall be able to comprehend Standard Operating Procedure, company policy, labour law acts, Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and regulatory body requirements. The person who is competent in this competency unit shall be able to production human resource management requirements, manage manpower development for production, appraise and review production staff performance, resolve employee matters and plan employee career path programme for qualified and competent staff. |
