| Penerangan CU | Design robot mechanical structure describes the competences required to realise the ideation phase of the robot design mechanical system architecture. The person who is competent in this CU should be able to create robot 3D model, create robot part drawing, create robot assembly drawing, perform robot material and standard parts selection, prepare robot mechanical parts bill of materials (M-BOM) list and prepare robot mechanical parts assembly process. The outcome of this CU is creation of a complete technical documents set for the mechanical structure of the robot design specifications and system requirements. |

| Objektif Pembelajaran | The learning outcomes of this competency are to enable the trainees to realise design ideas and presented them in part drawings, subassembly, and assembly drawings according to the mechanical system architecture. Upon completion of this competency unit, trainees should be able to: 1. Create robot 3D model. 2. Create robot part drawing. 3. Create robot assembly drawing. 4. Perform robot material and standard parts selection. 5. Prepare robot mechanical parts bill of materials (M-BOM) list. 6. Prepare robot mechanical parts assembly process. |
