| Penerangan CU | Perform cruise liner services sales activities describes the ability of personnel in performing several sales tasks in cruise liner industry including identifying customer needs through effective questioning. The person who is competent in this CU should be able to carry out cruise liner operators selection, carry out cruise services customer enquiries, carry out cruise customer details compilation, carry out cruise liner services reservation, carry out cruise liner tour amendment, carry out cruise liner services payment and coordinate cruise liner services performance evaluation. The outcome of this CU is to be able to propose cruise liner service packages to existing or new customer, which results in securing sales by overcoming any objections if any in line with company policy. Therefore, sales and marketing personnel need to have social skills such as interpersonal skill, business negotiation skill and communication skill to create customers’ interest and trust towards the proposed packages. |

| Objektif Pembelajaran | The learning outcomes of this competency are to enable the trainees to propose cruise liner services packages to existing or new customer, which results in securing sales by overcoming any objections if any in line with company policy and Standard Operating Procedure (SOP). Therefore, sales and marketing personnel need to have social skills such as interpersonal skill, negotiation skill and communication skill to create customers’ interest and trust to the proposed packages. Upon completion of this competency unit, trainees should be able to: 1. Carry out cruise liner operators selection. 2. Carry out cruise liner services customer enquiries. 3.
