Penerangan CU | The CU title is to describe outlet policies management. He or she will be able to implement on all aspect of outlet operating management policies. The person who is competent in outlet policies management shall be able to implement safety, security and hygiene function, implement beverage policies, goals and objective, dining room operating policies, banquet and catering operating policies, goals and objective, room services policies, goals, objective and gathered outlet performance report.The outcome of this competency is to ensure guest safety, satisfaction and local authority laws are justified in accordance with company policy and procedure. |

Objektif Pembelajaran | The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to implement F&B outlet policies management to ensure guest service satisfaction and prompt action taken in accordance with company policy and rules regulation.
