The person who is competent in outlet policies management shall be able to implement safety, security and hygiene function, implement beverage policies, goals and objective, dining room operating policies, banquet and catering operating policies, goals and objective, room services policies, goals, objective and gathered outlet performance report.The outcome of this competency is to ensure guest safety, satisfaction and local authority laws are justified in accordance with company policy and procedure. |
