| Penerangan CU | Install computer networking structured cabling system describes the competency to plan, install, testing and commissioning activities of a complete computer cabling infrastructure. Network cables are used to connect and transfer data and information between computers, routers, switches, firewall and storage area networks. These cables are essentially the carrier or media through which data flows. The person who is competent in this CU should be able to identify network cabling requirements, set up network cabling Tools, Equipment and Materials (TEM), carry out network cabling installation works, implement fiber optics splicing works and carry out network cabling test. The outcome of this CU is a ready to be used, neatly organised and functioning computer network structured cabling system in accordance with the types of computer network technology. |

| Objektif Pembelajaran | The learning outcomes of this competency are to enable the trainees to install, testing and commissioning of a complete structured cabling system for computer networking use in accordance with computer network cabling requirements. Carry out network cabling installation works. 4. Implement fiber optics splicing works. 5. Carry out computer network cabling test. |
