| Penerangan CU | Rubber And Palm Oil Effluent Pre Treatment Operations describes the competency required to manage the effluent pre-treatment process. The effluent pre-treatment involves physical and chemical processes to pre-treat raw effluent before the effluent progresses into the anaerobic reaction. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to check previous pre-treatment inspection record, inspect physical condition of the pre-treatment unit, carry out sampling of the pre- treatment unit, carry out laboratory analysis based on scheduled pre-treatment sampling, perform pre- treatment process improvement, conduct pre-treatment routine operation and prepare effluent pre-treatment operations report. The outcome of this competency is to remove unnecessary substances from the raw effluent and produce mix liquor with lower temperature and high pH for the subsequent anaerobic reaction |

| Objektif Pembelajaran | The person who is competent in this CU should be able tomanage the effluent pre-treatment process. The effluent pre-treatment involves physical and chemical processes to pre-treat raw effluent before the effluent progresses into the anaerobic reaction.
