CQI is an ongoing process that focuses on enhancing products, processes, and services over time. It requires data-driven decision-making, collaboration, and a commitment to learning and adaptation to achieve sustainable enhancements. The person who is competent in this CU should be able to assess quality issue, carry out situation analysis, prepare action plan schedule, investigate quality root cause, execute action plan countermeasure and monitor improvement effectiveness. The outcome of this CU is measurable and tangible result of the improvements implemented within a process, product, or service. The goal of CQI is to achieve positive changes that lead to enhanced quality, efficiency, effectiveness, and customer satisfaction. |
