Developing and practicing these competencies can contribute to effective non-conformity management and the overall success of quality assurance processes. The person who is competent in this CU should be able to plan NC coordination activity, coordinate correction action implementation, coordinate corrective and preventive action implementation as well as implement NC outcome. The outcome of this CU is the enhancement of overall product or service quality. When non-conformities are managed well, it directly contributes to raising the standard of the organization's offerings and ensuring that they consistently meet or exceed customer expectations. |
