| Penerangan CU | Perform Metal Melting and Pouring Process is an activity to produce a molten metal from solid metal at a high temperature by using melting furnace and pouring the molten metal into the sand mould using appropriate PPE and equipment for producing sand casting product in accordance with process requirement. This activities also enforce with Safety, Health and Environment (SHE) compliance. The person who is competent in this CU should be able to prepare metal melting and pouring requirement, carry out melting process, carry out pouring process and carry out metal melting and pouring area housekeeping. The outcomes of this CU is able to perform melting and pouring process in safely condition, orderly manner and complies with the required standards of the sand casting operation at optimum performance as per company requirement. |
