| Penerangan CU | Perform Sand Casting Operation Coordination is activity done by the supervisor to coordinate the shopfloor for operation in sand casting production. The supervision process involves interpreting the job order from superior, planning the work schedule, engaging to distribute the work and monitoring in order to coordinate operation activities for sand casting. This activities also enforce with SHE compliance. The person who is competent in this CU should be able to carry out sand casting operation planning schedule, distribute sand casting operation work order and monitor sand casting operation. The outcome of this CU is enable to organising work flow and ensuring that employee’s understand their duties or delegated task to achieve quality of work that complies with the required standards in the sand casting operation. |
