| Penerangan CU | Raw Water Process Control describes the competency required to supervise the process of screening and removal of floating debris and suspended matters at the intake. It also includes monitoring the process of oxidizing dissolved chemical elements into their insoluble form to enable their removal. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to determine raw water parameters, evaluate raw water quality monitoring works, monitor raw water intake, coordinate corrective action for raw water quality violation, produce raw water process control report. The outcome of this competency is to ensure that the intake flow rate and water level, pH, turbidity, level of ammonia, iron, aluminium and water condition are within the set parameters in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOP) and regulatory requirements. |

| Objektif Pembelajaran | The person who is competent in this CU should be able to supervise the process of screening and removal of floating debris and suspended matters at the intake, including monitoring the process of oxidizing dissolved chemical elements into their insoluble form to enable their removal.
