| Penerangan CU | This CU title describes the competencies in pre-tour arrangement. He or She is responsible to check and verify arrangements in the tour itinerary. This CU covers competency required after receiving a tour assignment and prior to the arrival of tourists. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to access tour itinerary, acquire up-to-date information related to tour arrangement activities and finalise tour arrangement activities. The outcome of this competency is to ensure that all arrangements and activities in the tour itinerary are confirmed and could be implemented safely, timely and within tour requirement. |
