| Penerangan CU | Non-revenue water (NRW) is water that has been produced and is “lost” before it reaches the customer. Losses can be real losses (through leaks, sometimes also referred to as physical losses) or apparent losses (for example through theft or metering inaccuracies). High levels of NRW are detrimental to the financial viability of water utilities, as well to the quality of water itself. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to analyse network data, carry out Non-revenue water (NRW) zone, prepare Non-revenue water (NRW) resources, prepare Non revenue water (NRW) schedule organise Non-revenue water (NRW) activities, monitor Non-revenue water (NRW) activities, recommend Non-revenue water (NRW) solutions, evaluate Non-revenue water (NRW) program and prepare Non-revenue water (NRW) management program report.The outcome of this CU is to ensure the organization achieved operational excellence in accordance organization objectives. |
