| Penerangan CU | Water Distribution Department Budget Preparation is required to develop and finalise of a budget. The unit is appropriate for council staff responsible for the preparation of budgets in their capacity as supervisors, departmental managers or project managers. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to determine operational cost requirement, perform departmental costing estimation, propose departmental cost expenditure and prepare water distribution annual budget for distribution. The outcome of this CU is to ensure effective utilization of financial resources in accordance to organization policies. |

| Objektif Pembelajaran | The person who is competent in this CU should be able to develop and finalise of a budget.
