| Penerangan CU | Boiler electrical system component servicing is a competency in servicing electrical system of boiler. Boiler electrical system is to support boiler system. The components such as switches, indicator light, electrical motor, transformer, distribution board (DB), down light, alarm contactor, and other equipment that supports the operation of the boilers must always in good condition. The component must be sufficiently serviced, repaired or inspected during it operation. The person who is competent in boiler electrical system component servicing shall be able to identify boiler instrumentation control maintenance requirement, apply boiler instrumentation control maintenance permit to work, prepare boiler instrumentation control maintenance tools and equipment isolate boiler system, service boiler instrumentation control repair boiler instrumentation control system, test boiler control instrumentation functionality and prepare boiler flue gas system components maintenance report. The outcome of this competency is to ensure the boiler electrical system functioning sufficiently according to boiler requirement and regulatory body requirement (DOSH).
