| Penerangan CU | Supervisory function is a competency in supervises the subordinate in the boiler maintenance activities at office and site. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to monitor boiler system maintenance work progress, monitor subordinates’ performance, control materials, tools and equipment movement, prepare sales billing documents and prepare daily progress report in accordance with company’s guidelines. The outcome of this competency is to ensure work progress to run smoothly at the given time frame.
