| Penerangan CU | Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) Management is a process of reviewing, preparing and producing policies, procedures, guidelines and forms to ensure that company’s documents are consistent, clear and well communicated. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able identify SOP review and development requirements, generate SOP documentation, review SOP, develop SOP and report SOP review & development activities. The outcome of this competency is to review & develop comprehensive procedures for the establishment in accordance with International Organisation for Standardisation (ISO), Environmental Act, Local Authorities and Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA) requirements. |
