| Penerangan CU | Composite Product Formulation is a process to mix materials such as fibre, polymer and additive according to formula and weight ratio in order to improve composite physical and mechanical properties. The outcome of this competency is the composite product produced with required physical and mechanical properties based on formula. The person who is competent in this competency unit shall be able to comprehend materials data sheet, material properties, Standard Operating Procedure, Company Approval Procedure (CAP), Quality Procedure Manual (QPM), Technical Notification (TN)/design change notification. The person who is competent in this competency unit shall be able to analyse product specification requirements, select materials for product formulation, carry out product formulation, carry out production test run with new formulation, conduct product testing and prepare product formulation report. |
