| Penerangan CU | SMR operations supervisory functions describes the competency required on supervise level personnel to engage and handle the professional development a group of technician / operator in the daily operation of SMR processing facility. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to prepare SMR production staff work schedule, carry out SMR production briefing session, perform SMR production machine start up and shut down procedure, coordinate SMR production staff welfare, monitor SMR production staff performance, conduct SMR production staff training and coordinate SMR production inventory. The outcome of this competency is to ensure the factory has proper inventory, production control scheduling, shipping or receiving logistics and quality procedures in place in accordance with organisation Standard Operating Procedure (SOP). |
