Penerangan CU | Meat and seafood stock control involves in activities to ensure that stock movement is regularly monitored, and measures are taken especially during good receiving and storage operations to ensure that all food items are kept under favourable conditions for retail purpose. The person who is competence in this work shall be able to determine stock movement record, prepare stock requisition, carry out placing order, monitor cold chain management and updating stock balance all stock take activities. The outcome of this competency is to ensure that stock is arranged following FIFO Method, MOH Storing Procedure and in compliance with JAKIM Halal Certification, Cold Chain Management Guideline and Stock and Inventory Procedures. |
