Merchandizing is normally done in weekly basis or when there is festival and special event. The person who is competence in this work shall be able to categorise meat and seafood type, determine display area layout, perform price integrity, exercise, perform Point of Sales exercise and carry out merchandise display according to sales theme. The outcome of this competency is to ensure that all product display is in accordance with planogram / schematic plan and Food Safety Regulations, price display and sales during festival and special event in accordance with KPDNKK regulations |
