Penerangan CUCustomer service in retail butchering means making sure the customer is getting helps that is required and providing solutions to their needs, enquiries and complaints to ensure the customer has a good shopping experience.

The person who is competence in this work shall be able to identify type of service requirements, attend to customer enquiries and complaints, carry out sales activities and updating customer service report to determine solution for improvement.

The outcome of this competency is to ensure customer is satisfied with the services provided and getting a good shopping in accordance with company’s Customer Service SOP
