| Penerangan CU | Tempering operation is a process to heat ferrous material at certain temperature and time to reduce material hardness, release internal stress and increase toughness after hardening process. The person who is competent in this tempering operation shall be able to prepare tempering process requirements, perform hardened work piece loading, perform tempering process and verify tempering process. The outcome of the tempering operation is to enable apprentice to perform tempering process according to requirements and procedure. The competent person should be able to deliver hardened product that meets the customer needs. |
