| Penerangan CU | Solution treatment operation is a process to control heating and cooling of nonferrous material to increase material strength and hardness without changing the product shape. The person who is competent in this hardening process operation shall be able to prepare solution treatment operation requirements, carry out work piece loading, perform heating operation, quenching operation, perform hardened work piece cleaning and verify hardening process operation. The outcome of the hardening process operation is to enable apprentice in performing hardening process as per requirements and procedure. The competent person should be able to deliver hardened product that meets the customer needs. |
