| Penerangan CU | Heat treated product inspection and testing is a process to evaluate the product performance and quality after heat treatment process. This inspection consists of finish product hardness, dimension, flatness, straightness and free from defect. The person who is competent in this heat treatment product inspection shall be able to carry out hardness test, distortion inspection, crack inspection and verify finish product inspection and testing. The outcome of the heat treated product inspection is to enable personnel in performing testing and evaluation on heat treated product. The competent person should be able to deliver hardened product with hardened certificated that meets the customer needs. |
