The person who is competent in this Industrial Heat Treatment supervision shall be able to carry out job distribution, monitor work progress performance, carry out in house training, conduct improvement activities, monitor safety implementation at work place and prepare appraisal recommendation. The outcome of this competency is to enable apprentice in performing supervision on Heat Treatment Operation according to company policy, rules and regulations. |
